That's amazing that he can transform into a train and a shuttle! I mean all that metal you would think it would make standing upright or walking very difficult, but I see in your description that he can adapt to different environments, and I imagine that includes planets with heavy gravity fields.

Yes, that's our idea too: the Mass Displacement should downsize his mass, moving the heavier parts of his body elsewhere while he's in robot mode.

Terrific art by one of my new favourite artist/colorist team. And remember this is going to be his pre-Earth form in the Lost Seasons too =D
