Ratbat's Bio
.
Ratbat has been a disturbing "background presence" in the
Seeds Of Deception
story... so far! Now things are about to change.
Here is a list of his cameos:
1.
page 16 of SoD: Omega Supreme
2.
page 8 of SoD: Trannis
3.
page 7 of SoD: Magnus
4.

Short Story: Building Frenzy
6.
Short Story: I'm Taking A Train
The original
Decepticon Mayhem Attack Squad
was created by Simon Furman for the Marvel UK comics, as the Decepticon counterpart of the Wreckers.
In this Golden Age version of the Squad (before the war), their members are just directionless thugs: two Battlechargers and two not-yet Triggercons.
The design of the Triggercons is based on their appearance in
Stormbringer
by Simon Furman and Don Figueroa.
The Battlechargers are based on their Beavis & Butthead characterization, first seen in
G1 Marvel US #23: Decepticon Graffiti
by Bob Budiansky and Don Perlin.
Another Battlecharger with the same feature can be seen in
page 6 of SoD: Shockwave/Soundwave
.
