A question from writer/letterist Franco: is the joke in panel 2 too much? We could move him an extra bonus, like we did in SoD: Magnus for the Six Million Dollars joke.

Of course, Shockwave couldn't care less of names and titles, like the "Twisted Science Symposium".
It's just something he made up to make his allies happy with a sense of "belonging".
