This is the turn of Transformers Generation 1: Inmate 9122-X, a fancomic project by Iennisita (who also provided color art for SoD: Magnificent Premonition) and Taipan Kiryu
After the loss of Skyfire during an intergalactic exploration mission, Starscream returns to Cybertron only to be charged with his partner's assassination. He's sentenced to spend his life in prison and is sent to Garrus-9, the most infamous rehabilitation centre on Cybertron. In there, Starscream will be forced to survive in a world of violence and corruption, his personality adapting and slowly acquiring the traits that will make him famous in the future when he becomes the Decepticons Second in Command.
