Megatron reinstates the Infiltration Protocolos, and dispatches Starscream, Skywarp and Blitzwing to take care of those jets.

The Kingsley Field base of the Orefgon Air National Guard is a real life location.
Oregon is also the place where the Transformers of the original Generation 1 saga first awakened, and drew the attention of the US army.
